This announcement is to inform interested and affected parties that the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) will consider adoption of the State Fiscal Year 2009/2010 PPL at its Board Meeting on September 15, 2009.
The Division of Financial Assistance (Division) developed the draft 2009/2010 CWSRF PPL. The draft PPL may be viewed on our website at:

You may submit written comments regarding the proposed SFY 2009/2010 PPL. Written comments should be submitted as early as possible to allow for thorough staff analysis. Please indicate in the subject line a??SFY2009/2010 PPLa??.

Public Review and Comment: Proposed Water Quality Enforcement Policy, hearing and adoption on October 20, 2009

The State Water Board welcomes both written and oral comments on the proposed Policy. Oral comments will be accepted at the hearing but may be subject to time limits imposed by the Chair, based on the number of people wishing to speak. Speakers raising similar points are encouraged to coordinate their presentations.
Written comments (electronic submission preferred) must be received by 12:00 noon on September 21, 2009. If submitting paper copies, an original and ten hard copies, must be sent to:
