Features and Benefits of the Program:

Each year this event brings together County Public Works officials, other senior level staff, and private sector consultants to network, discuss challenges facing many California counties, and to receive valuable information from relevant experts.

Conference Schedule and Registration:

• Limited on-site registrations available
• Capitol Event Center – 1020 11th Street, 2nd Floor, and CSAC Peterson/Wall Conference Room – 1100 K Street, Sacramento, California
• Member registration fee: $150 (fee includes access to all meetings) Note: ALL county public works staff are members of CEAC.
• Non-Member registration fee: $250
• Sponsorship registration fee: $1000 (does NOT include a complimentary registration)
• Lanyard registration fee: $3500

Conference Hotel:

• Hotel room block is available at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento: Book Your Group/Corporate Rate | Marriott International.
• All reservations for guests must be received on or before Wednesday, July 31st, 2024.
• Rooms are $199++ per night.
• Sheraton parking is $40 for valet and $30 for self-parking, but there are also city lots near the Capitol Event Center, CSAC office, and the Sheraton Grand Hotel.
• Parking:
  • Valet $40 per day
  • Self $30 per day

Policy Committee and Board of Directors Meeting Agendas:

Policy committee agendas will be available approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference. Wi-fi will be available. A limited amount of printed copies will be available at the conference.
